Hallowe`en at Quorn (A Guided Walk in Quorn)
"Hallowe`n at Quorn" is one of the very popular ghostly walks devised and led by the well known Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby, of Colin Crosby Heritage Tours.
These strolls are a most enjoyable way to soak up some Local History.
Hallowe`en always falls on 31st October. It has for many centuries been regarded as the most haunted night of the year, when the boundaries between the world of the living and the world of the dead become blurred, making it easier to move from one to the other.
If you are going to see a ghost, this is probably the most likely night for it to happen.
This walk is around the old village of Quorn, whose atmospheric streets lend themselves perfectly to tales of ghosts.
Colin regales the party with stories of ghosts and hauntings, including some from places where he has prviously lived.
There is also the chance to tell of your own experiences, if you wish.
Among the other Ghost Walks led by Colin are "Haunted Leicester", "The Haunted City", "Haunted Belgrave" and "Haunted London".
