I've Had a Busy Summer
Quite a few people have said to me recently that they have missed my frequent Journal (or Blog) entries.
Sorry.
The fact is that I have not being writing much in this vein because all my computer time has been spent adding new towns and villages to the website, and adding new locations (churches, cathedrals, castles etc) in those towns and villages.
Have a look at "Local Info" on the website, and you'll see that there is loads added, and also that there are lots of photos added to the existing pages.
I have had a busy Summer and early Autumn.
Anne and I went on a Mystery Coach Tour (the first time we had actually been on a Mystery Trip as consumers).
I've been on some Coach Trips organised by my good friends at Woods Coaches.
As always, I have given a good number of talks and led Guided Walks for groups.
I've organised and led some private Coach Tours.
And of course I've shown Leicester people interesting and beautiful places around the country.
Some of the towns involved have been Ashby-de-la-Zouch; Beaumaris; Cirencester; Lechlade; Maldon; Market Bosworth; Oxford; Southend; and Windsor.
I'll try to give some more details shortly.
