A Relaxing Day in Norfolk
I went on one of the Coach Trips run by Woods Coaches of Leicester recently.
Woods are the company from whom I hire coaches for my own excursions, so I know them to be an excellent company. I always enjoy going on other people`s trips, being able to enjoy the day without being in charge of anything!
This particular trip was a tour around parts of Norfolk.
We made a stop for coffee at Caithness Glass, which is situated on the edge of Kings Lynn.
Then it was on to the charming little town of Walsingham, a pilgrimage centre for centuries. I visited a number of the places of worship here.
From there, we moved across to the coast, and the seaside resort of Hunstanton, where I partook of some chips and admired the striped cliffs.
And finally we went to the Sandringham estate, where there is an excellent Visitor Centre and cafe.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable day.
