Market Cross House (Windsor)

Market Cross House is a picturesque building in the much visited old town of Windsor on the River Thames.

It is particularly noticed because of the ground floor being considerably out of true, rather like a famous house near Canterbury Cathedral.

Market Cross House stands beside Christopher Wren's Guildhall in what would have been the market area, almost all of which has been overtaken over the centuries by market infill.
