Hallowe`en at Coalville (A Guided Walk in Coalville)
"Hallowe`en at Coalville" is one of the very popular ghostly walks devised and led by the well known Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby, of Colin Crosby Heritage Tours.
These strolls are enjoyable way to soak up some Local History.
Hallowe`en, which falls on 31st October, has long been regarded as the most haunted night of the year, when the borders between the world of the living and the world of the dead become blurred, making access between the two much easier.
If you are going to see a ghost, this is a very likely time.
This walk is around the terraced streets of Coalville, where phantoms are just as likely to appear as in some of the other towns.
Colin regales the party with tales of ghosts and hauntings, including some from places where he has previously lived.
He also invites those taking part to tell of their own experiences.
