Riverside Festival Was Best Ever

During the Summer, I made a point, as I always do, of visiting the Riverside Festival in Leicester.

This takes place every year, along the stretch of canal in the City Centre stretching from West Bridge and past Castle Gardens and the Newarke Bridge almost as far as Freemen's Weir and Lock.

It's great fun, and there are always people whom I know.

This year, the event was greatly extended into the splendid Bede Park.

All in all, I have to say that it was the best Riverside Festival ever.
