Faith in Leicester
I recently led a private Guided Walk in Leicester for a group.
They had asked me to take them on my "Faith in Leicester" walk, one of the most popular ones that I regularly lead.
On this walk, I show and discuss the various places of worship (mostly, but not entirely, Christian) in the City Centre and Old Town, as well as a number which have been long demolished.
This includes the five surviving mediaeval churches in the Old Town (one of which is now Leicester Cathedral), and the sites of three friaries (at one of which the remains of Richard III were sensationally discovered).
I am happy to lead this walk for any group.
