Charlie Gives Talk to Cricket Society
I went to another of the Leicestershire Cricket Society meetings at Grace Road in Leicester recently.
Like many other Leicestershire Cricket Club members, I also belong to the Cricket Society, where we can talk our beloved game during the close season.
The speaker this time was Charlie French, the brother of Bruce French, the former Nottinghamshire and England wicket keeper. Charlie is one of the country`s leading makers of cricket bats, and had some very interesting things to say.
It`s not long to the start of the cricket season now. Beginning of April!
