St. George`s Church (Swannington)
St. George`s Church is the parish church serving the former mining community of Swannington in Leicestershire.
It was built in 1825 by William Matthews of Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
The church is made of brick, and has an attractive bellcote.
There were alterations made in 1905 by G. Fellows Prynne.
