Riverside Leisure Area (Gravesend)

The Riverside Leisure Area is a historic park and garden at Gravesend in Kent.

The main entrance is in Commercial Place.

The Riverside Leisure Area is a collection of smaller parks and gardens, and was opened as one park in 1934.

There is a statue of General Gordon, who managed the fortifications here in the 1870s, before leaving for the Sudan, where he was killed.
