Baptist Chapel (Broughton Astley)
The Baptist Chapel is a well known feature of Broughton Astley in Leicestershire.
It is actually in one of the villages which coalesced to make Broughton Astley, Sutton-in-the-Elms, now often known incorrectly as Sutton Elms.
The original small brick chapel was licensed in 1700 and is now used as the vestry to a chapel built in 1815.
The Baptists had used the site since 1650.
