St. Nicholas at Wade
St. Nicholas at Wade is a pretty village on the Isle of Thanet in Kent, 6 miles from Margate.
It is close to what was the Western shore of the island.
St. Nicholas` Church has a massive Decorated tower which can be seen for miles.
There are a number of attractive cottages, some with Dutch gables, in the village.
