Scalford is a village in Leicestershire, 3 miles from Melton Mowbray.
St. Egelwin the Martyr Church dates back to the 13th century, and contains some Anglo-Saxon work. It is a unique dedication, and St. Egelwin himself is buried in the churchyard.
