Little Bowden
Little Bowden is a district of Market Harborough in Leicestershire, which still shows evidence of its village past.
Until the early 20th century, the village was in Northamptonshire, but the county boundary was changed to include Little Bowden after it became part of Market Harborough's built up area.
St. Nicholas Church is a delightful small mediaeval building.
There are a number of thatched houses in the village, including one of the pubs.
The little River Jordan flows through Little Bowden, and it is separated from Market Harborough itself by the River Welland.
Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby is available to lead Guided Walks around Little Bowden for groups.
