Ashby Magna
Ashby Magna is a village in Leicestershire, 4 miles from Lutterworth.
It is situated midway between Willoughby Waterleys and Gilmorton.
St. Mary`s Church dates back to the 13th century, with a 14th century West tower. There was a major restoration in 1860, and W. Smith rebuilt the nave roof in 1880.
Although a small village, Ashby Magna boasted a station on the Great Central Railway.
