Close Season Meal With Cricket Colleagues
The close season (roughly September to April) always seems to last forever when one loves cricket.
I was recently able to have a meal with colleagues from Leicestershire County Cricket Club at Grace Road. Scorers, announcers etc got together for a curry.
We met at the Rise of the Raj restaurant in Evington Road, Leicester, and were able to spend the evening chatting about the wonderful game of cricket.
And it`s now only a few weeks until cricket starts again!
