Beautiful Things at the NEC
Beautiful things were the order of the day when I went to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) at Birmingham recently.
I visited for the "Antiques for Everyone" show, run by the Clarion organisation.
It is delightful to be able to see so many objets d`art in one place.
There are many paintings, of course, but lots of other things as well, including weapons, tools, maps and books.
I have been to this show before, and find it quite uplifting.
