Building 40, Royal Military Academy (Woolwich)

Building 40, Royal Military Academy is a historic building at Woolwich.

It is a Grade II* listed building on the Royal Arsenal site.

The building was constructed betwwen 1718 and 1723 with red brown stock brick, and with a slate roof. The architect was probably Nicholas Hawksmoor.

It is one of four buildings which now house the Royal Artillery Museum which is called Firepower.
