St. John`s Church (Shenton)

St. John`s Church is the parish church of the Leicestershire village of Shenton.

It was rebuilt in 1862 by W. H. Knight of Cheltenham, using stone from Derbyshire, to replace a mediaeval church.

The West tower is cruciform.

There is a monument to William Wollaston, who died in 1666.
