Shanklin Station (Shanklin)

Shanklin Station is the railway station serving the seaside resort of Shanklin, on the Isle of Wight.

It is the Southern terminus of the line from Ryde, the only detached part of the British Rail network.

Trains run from Shanklin to Sandown, Brading and Ryde.

The line formerly continued Southwards to Ventnor, but this closed in 1966.
