Trinity College (Oxford)

Trinity College is one of the colleges that together make up the world famous Oxford University.

It is situated in Broad Street.

Trinity College was founded in 1555, on the site of a former Benedictine hall named Durham College. The founder was Sir Thomas Pope, Treasurer to Henry VIII.

Durham Quad has an East range which dates from the original Durham College, and dates from around 1415.

The Garden Quad is partly by Sir Christopher WSren.
