Belle Vue Park (Newport (Gwent))

Belle Vue Park is an ornamental park at Newport (Gwent).

The main entrance is in Cardiff Road.

Designed by the leading Welsh landscape architect Thomas Mawson, it has many of the features of a Victorian public park, including a pavilion with conservatories, a bandstand, a rockery and a cascade.

The Gorsedd stone circle was erected in 1896, for the National Eisteddfod held in the park in 1897.
