Wilberforce House (Hull)

Wilberforce House is a historic house in Hull.

It is situated in the High Street.

The house was built in the 17th century by William Catlyn, and was the home of a Baltic trader named Robert Wilberforce.

His son, William Wilberforce, was born in the house in 1759, and grew up to be the famous abolitionist of the slave trade.

Today, Wilberforce House is a museum.
