Hexham Parks (Hexham)

Hexham Parks constitute an urban park at Hexham in Northumberland.

The main entrance is in Beaumont Street.

The parks comprise the Abbey Grounds, Hexham House Grounds and the ancient open space known as The Sele.

Within this lovely open space is a bowling green, as well as colourful planting, informal grassed area and a sensory garden.

The Royal Forestry Society was founded in Hexham. A tree in the Abbey Grounds commemorates the founding, and another marks the centenary.
