Winter Gardens (Great Yarmouth)

The Winter Gardens form a popular attraction at the Norfolk seaside resort of Great Yarmouth.

Constructed with huge amounts of glass between1878 and 1881, it was built with floral motifs on the ironwork, and measuring 170 feet long and 83 feet to the top.

It was originally built on the seafront at Torquay.

However, in 1903 it was moved around the coast to Great Yarmouth and rebuilt beside Wellington Pier.
