Folkestone Central Station (Folkestone)
Folkestone Central Station is one of two railway stations serving the seaside town of Folkestone in Kent.
The other is Folkestone West Station.
Trains from London leave from Victoria Station, and arrive by way of Bromley, Maidstone, Ashford and Folkestone West.
They continue to Dover, Deal and Ramsgate.
There was formerly another station, Folkestone East, from which trains ran to yet another, Folkestone Harbour, which closed with the advent of the Channel Tunnel.
