Princes Park (Eastbourne)
Princes Park is an urban park in Eastbourne.
The main entrance is in Royal Parade.
It was named Princes Park in honour of David, Prince of Wales (later Edward VIII), who paid a visit in 1931.
The park contains neatly kept lawns, a scented rose garden, a lake used by model yachts and motor boats, a putting green and bowling green.
There are also children`s playgrounds, and a main field used for football and annual events.
