Clare College (Cambridge)
Clare College is one of the college which together make up the world famous Cambridge University.
It is situated in Trinity Lane.
Clare College was founded in 1338 by Elizabeth de Clare, but was rebuilt in the years following 1638, being interrupted by the Civil War.
There is a Jacobean gatehouse.
The Memorial Court was designed in the 1930s by Giles Gilbert Scott.
