Barmouth Station (Barmouth)
Barmouth Station serves the popular Welsh seaside town of Barmouth.
It is on a line from Shrewsbury, via Welshpool, which splits at Dovey Junction.
The Southern branch goes on to Aberystwyth.
By far the longer branch, however, takes in a great many stations, including Tywyn, Barmouth, Harlech, Porthmadog, Criccieth and Pwllheli.
The rare timber viaduct over the Mawddach estuary incorporates a footpath.
Barmouth's Tourist Information Centre is situated within the station building.
