Scraptoft
Scraptoft is a village in Leicestershire, just outside the boundary of the city of Leicester.
All Saints Church is a fine building dating from about 1300.
In the churchyard stand the remains of a 13th century preaching cross.
Scraptoft Hall is an impressive 17th century house, with an 18th century front. It was for some years part of the De Montfort University campus.
There are some pretty buildings in the village's main street.
