Colin Crosby Heritage Tours

Ratcliffe-on-the-Wreake is a small village in Leicestershire, 7 miles from Leicester, on the River Wreake.

The parish church has a crocketed spire.

Ratcliffe College was started as a Catholic college for lay boys by Augustus Pugin in the 1840s, and completed by Charles Hansom. The actor-director Patrick McGoohan was an old boy.

Ratcliffe Hall dates from the Georgian period and there is a former water mill, now converted for residential use.

Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby is available to lead Guided Walks around Ratcliffe-on-the-Wreake for groups.
