Colin Crosby Heritage Tours

Nanpantan is a hamlet in Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire, 3 miles from Loughborough.

It takes its name from a Welsh lady named Nan Pantain, who ran an inn here in what was a desolate spot in the 18th century.

St. Mary in Charnwood Church was built in 1888.

The picturesque Outwoods and Jubilee Wood contain granite outcrops.

The small Nanpantan Reservoir is one of several in Charnwood Forest.

Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby is available to lead Guided Walks around Nanpantan for groups.
