Frinton
Frinton is a select seaside resort on the North East Essex coast, 1 mile from Walton-on-the-Naze.
It was a fishing village until the 1880s, when it developed as a quiet middle class alternative to the brasher resorts which were then springing up.
There is a pleasant beach and attractive houses from the Victorian and Edwardian periods.
Old St. Mary`s Church contains stained glass by Edward Burne-Jones.
Blue Badge Guide Colin Crosby is available to lead Guided Walks around Frinton for groups.
