Weather Stops Familiarisation Day
The recent inclement weather put paid to a familiarisation day that I was booked to attend in South Staffordshire.
I had greatly enjoyed their "Footsteps of a King" day last year, and was looking forward to this one, which was to visit two important houses, Weston Park and Shugborough.
But because of the snow, it was decided to postpone the day. There will be another date announced soon, and I hope that I will be available then, but there`s a good chance I will already be committed to something else.
