Many Destinations at Earls Court
I went to the "Destinations" travel show at Earls Court in London recently.
"Destinations" is a big show, which many people pay to visit. Most of them are looking for places to visit on holiday.
So there are stands featuring countries all over the world, such as the Caribbean, United States, South America, Europe, Middle East, India and Far East.
Not only that, there are also stands featuring hotel companies, cruise operators, airlines and the like.
Several book companies are represented, including the Rough Guides, Lonely Planet, Dorling Kindersley and Bradt.
There are even stands operated by destinations in England. It was good to be able to talk to representatives of the Black Country, Colchester, the Cotswolds and East Yorkshire.
It's an enjoyable show.
