Great Days Out Fair
I had a day out recently in Lancashire, for one of the trade shows that are held to encourage tourism.
This one was "The Great Days Out Fair", which is held every year at the Reebok Stadium at Horwich, which is Bolton Wanderers football ground.
I had been told lots of times by various people that this show is one of the best, but I had unfortunately been unable to get to it previously, as it had always clashed with some prior commmitment or other.
But this year I was able to attend, and I have to say that I agree. It is one of the best.
I particularly like the fact that, as it's based in the North of England, there is a preponderance of exhibitors from the North.
It was great to be able to talk to people representing, among other places, the Black Country, Kendal, Liverpool and Snowdonia.
