Gardens to Visit Book Now Available
"Gardens to Visit 2009" has just been published.
My friend Tony Russell edits "Gardens to Visit" as an annual venture. It is a fund of information about gardens, and it looks really good as well.
Each entry has, in addition to a photograph, information on opening times, prices etc, as well as contact details.
It includes famous gardens and others that are not so well known. All of them will be worth a visit.
Some of the splendid gardens featured are The Savill Garden at Windsor; Elgood`s Brewery Gardens at Wisbech; Ness Botanic Gardens in Cheshire; Stapeley Water Gardens at Nantwich; the Eden Project near St. Austell; The Lost Gardens of Heligan near St. Austell; Trebah Garden near Falmouth; Batsford Arboretum near Moreton-in-Marsh.
There are loads more, of course.
If you should have any difficulty getting hold of a copy, I will be pleased to point you in the right direction.
