Euro Bus Extra at NEC
I went to Euro Bus Extra recently at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) at Birmingham.
This is a trade show for people involved in the coach and bus industry, and although quite a lot of the exhibits are of technical matters which go over my head, there is still a lot which I do find of interest.
One of the highlights for me this year was the display of heritage buses and what we used to call charabancs.
Much of the point of this sort of show is networking, and as always it was a pleasure to meet and chat with old friends, including Phil Buston, Phil Moon and Michael Tebbutt.
