Council Staff Given a Sample of New Walk

I led two Guided Walks recently for the Adult Education Centre in Leicester.

This was as part of Adult Learning Week, and was specifically for staff of Leicester City Council.

I led the walk twice on the same day, with only a short gap between, to cope with staff`s differing lunchtimes.

I showed them some of the fascinating features of New Walk, Leicester`s unique Georgian walkway, which was built on the line of the Roman road to Colchester.
