Coach Tour in Lincolnshire
I went as a passenger recently on a Coach Trip run by Woods Coaches of Leicester. This is the splendid company from whom I hire coaches for my own excursions.
This time it was a tour around parts of Lincolnshire.
After leaving St. Margarets Bus Station, we made our way to the retail complex at Great Gonerby, just outside Grantham, where we had time for a look round the famous Boundary Mill Stores and Downton. I went and had a coffee in the pleasant cafe at Downton.
Then we picked up local Blue Badge Guide Malcolm Knapp, who took us on a tour of some of the local countryside and villages.
And then it was back to Boundary Mill Stores, where we had been given vouchers for food and coffee.
I had a nice day!
