Coach and Bus
I visited another of the annual trade shows relevant to the tourism industry recently.
This time it was Coach and Bus, particularly aimed at operators of coaches and buses, which takes place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) at Birmingham.
As always, it was very nice to be able to mingle and chat with others with similar interests.
In particular, I was able to chat to my old friend Phil Buston of the Coach Drivers' Club.
And it was a pleasure to meet a couple who operate coaches from Emsworth in Hampshire. This is an attractive little waterfront town near Havant, where I managed the Empire Cinema in the 1980s.
