Gunpowder Park (Waltham Abbey)
Gunpowder Park is a green space at Waltham Abbey in Essex.
The entrance is in Sewardstone Road.
Covering 90 hectares pf parkland, Gunpowder Park is now part of the Lee Valley Regional Park.
It has been reclaimed and regenerated from its former historic use as a major Royal Ordnance munitions testing facility.
The park is now dedicated to nature, science and the arts.
