It is situated in Fishmarket Street.

This tower mill was built of brick in 1804, and consists of five floors. It has been fully restored as a working mill.

On two of the flloors there is a museum of domestic and rural bygones, and there is also a small picture gallery, featuring early photographs of the mill and the surrounding Essex countryside.
