Andrews Park (Southampton)
Andrews Park is an urban park at Southampton.
The main entrance is in Above Bar Street.
Also known as East Park, Andrews Park is home to the Titanic Engineers Memorial, dedicated to the engineer officers who lost their lives in the "Titanic" disaster. Many of them came from Southampton.
It also contains the Queen`s Peace Fountain, completed in 2001, and a statue of Richard Andrews, who was the city`s mayor five times.
There is a rock garden, mixed shrub and herbaceous beds and sports facilities.
