St. Julians Church (Norwich)
St. Julians Church is one of the many mediaeval churches in the historic cathedral city of Norwich.
It can be found off King Street leading to Carrow, in a lane known as St. Julians Alley.
The lady whom we only know as Julian of Norwich lived here in a cell in the early 15th century, and it was here that she wrote her influential book "Revelations of Divine Love", a great influence on many, including the redoubtable Marjorie Kempe of Kings Lynn.
The church and cell were rebuilt after extensive bomb damage in the Second World War.
