Classic Boat Museum (Newport (Isle of Wight))
The Classic Boat Museum is a fascinating attraction at Newport (Isle of Wight).
It is situated at Seaclose Waharf in Newport Harbour.
The museum has a collection of arbout forty small boats, including "Circus Girl", a Bembridge Redwing built in 1898, and another named "Kestrel", which was once owned by Lord Brabazon.
There is also an early example of a self righting lifeboat, the "Queen Victoria" of 1887.
