Dinham Chapel (Ludlow)

Dinham Chapel is a very old place of worship in the Shropshire market town of Ludlow.

It is situated in the winding mediaeval street called Dinham, which represents a settlement named Dinham that dated from the 7th century, and which predated Ludlow itself.

Actually St. Thomas's Chapel, it was built about 1190.

From the street, the cell, with its altar, can be viewed through a grill,
