The House Mill (London)
The House Mill is an industrial water mill in London.
It is situated in Three Mill Lane at Bromley-by-Bow.
The mill was originally built in 1776 as part of a distillery.
There are four floors, containing the remains of unrestored machinery, four water wheels and the gearing.
Originally there were 12 pairs of millstones, and there is a unique survival of "silent millstone machinery" in the Fairbairn style.
