Sea Life London Aquarium (London)
The Sea Life London Aquarium is a major tourist attraction in London, opened in 2009.
It is situated on the South Bank, in the building which was once County Hall, close to the London Eye.
As with the other Sea Life Centres, it shows marine creatures in conditions replicating their natural habitats. These range from freshwater streams to the rugged coastline, from sandy shallows to the dark depths of the ocean.
A feature of the centre, and the first of its kind in Britain, is the Shark Walk, giving amazing views of sharks from above.
