Bruce Castle Museum (London)
Bruce Castle Museum is an interesting building in North London.
It is situated in Harringay, at the junction of Bruce Grove and Lordship Lane.
Bruce Castle is essentially a Tudor house, built during the 16th century.
From 1827, a progressive school was run in the house by Sir Rowland Hill, the inventor of the Penny Post.
It is now operated as a museum by Haringey Council.
